A New EBook Book Reader Produced By Acer Inc. In Line To Join Amazon Kindle
Acer, the computer giant., no one's fool when it comes to competing in the notebook space, plans to be in the ebook book reader arena soon this year.
Acer senior manager Jim Wong, leader of the companies IT Products group, outlined the strategy during an interview with Bloomberg at Acer's offices in Taipei.
The day before Apple's supposed entrance into the tablet sweeps-a model that will serve electronic-book readers in addition to others-Wong also said the company will furthermore offer "hundreds" of apps online, programs that can sustain Google's Android program, at the present running on quite a lot of Acer products, as well as handling Microsoft's Windows OS.
